Hours and Costs

The Victoria University Badminton Club is open to all Club Members. If you wish to join the VUBC, please fill out a registration form and hand it back to one of the Executives during Club times. Please note that we will not take Casuals for the first Trimester.

Membership prices for the 2009 season

Students	$80 (Trimester 2)
Non Students	$100 (Trimester 2)
Special Class Members	$80

 

 

Special Class Membership

This membership is for anyone who simply needs to be affiliated to any club in order to play any Badminton NZ tournaments. Special Class Members (SCM) pay a lower fee to the VUBC and are automatically affiliated to the WBA and Badminton New Zealand. Conditions of this price are that members are allowed to play at our Sunday session only.

To become a SCM, you will need to a complete this registration form and hand it back to one of our Executives. Each member, who signs this form is required to read and understand the VUBC 2009 Special Class Registration form and the conditions for the Sunday session. These conditions are mentioned in our Sunday Session Infoflyer.

 

Playing hours

We play twice a week at the VUW Recreation Centre.

• Wednesday: 8.00pm – 10.00pm (Kelburn)
• Saturday: 10.00am – 1.00pm (Kelburn)

 

Please note: There won't be any club during mid-trimester breaks, mid-year breaks and study breaks but you are welcome to come along and play at the VUW Recreation Centre (if the courts are free).
